More London Sights
Another day spent under the grey skies of London, pictured is St. Paul's Cathedral which stands upon the highest point in London, it endured the heavy bombing by the German Luftwaffe during WW2. We also visited the Tower of London. The tower of London is actually a fort, with the first section called the white tower, constructed by William the Conqueror in 1078. The tower was also used as a jail for nobles, Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses. Pictured is where Anne Boleyn was imprisoned. Also pictured is the Tower Bridge.
