This post is for my Nephew Tom.
Hi Tom, when I was in Cornwall with your Grandad Derek and Grandma Maggie, we went to a little seaside town called St Ives, and I was told there is a local hero there that you know about called Soggy the Bear. How come he is named Soggy? Is it because he jumped into the chilly waters of the Irish Sea to rescue someone, or did he wet his pants perhaps? I have heard on the laneways of St Ives that there is a new book out about Soggy’s latest adventures. Your Grandad Derek also mentioned to me that you are interested in lighthouses at the moment. I have taken a photo of a little lighthouse at the harbour mouth at St. Ives.
