Stonehenge

Once again I’m behind schedule on updating the blog, and the same excuse, so much to see and do, therefore I will give a brief notation of the remainder of our trip in Southern England, through the British Midlands up to Northern England and to Edinburgh, Scotland. After our stop at Eastleigh we travelled to Amesbury to visit nearby Stonehenge. It is quite a sight; you are driving through English countryside through sheep paddocks and then over the crest of a hill sit the stones of Stonehenge in the middle of all the sheep paddocks. The site is well preserved and has a walking track located far enough away so you can still get a good look at it all.
